As a courtesy to Joys and our clients we request a 24 hour cancellation notice for all spa services so that we may fill in your space for others waiting for appointments.
Parties of 3 or more, or clients scheduling facials or any skincare services including eyelash extensions, or appointments needing multiple services, will be required to give credit card information using a Mastercard or Visa to reserve space.
Parties of 3 or more, or clients scheduling facials or any skincare services may be required to submit 50% deposit to reserve space and services requested.
24hr notice is required if there are any changes to services booked to avoid fee.
We allow 24 our cancellation notice for parties, and facials/skincare services to avoid 50% credit card charges of total services reserved.
There are no refunds for any services but will allow a credit for another service.
We accept Master Card and Visa with a MINIMUM service purchase of $10.00.
All microblading services are required to place a NONREFUNDABLE deposit to reserve your apt that may last 2-3hrs.
We know that things happen and sometimes people may run late or behind.
We ask that you please contact us promptly as late arrivals may cut your appt. short and there may be a client after your appt.
Your time is valuable to us and so is the time of our wonderful technicians.
Gratuity CAN NOT be added on credit cards. Please provide cash gratuity to your technician. Prices are subject to change at anytime, with out notice.
Joys staff will do our very best to accommodate our clients as best we can when scheduling appointment and fitting in any walk-ins when space is open.
